3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Prazzmë Services or data:

  • Attempting to identify, collect, or infer sensitive personal information such as health data, financial account details, government identifiers, or information about minors.
  • Reverse engineering, automated harvesting, or systematic copying of Prazzmë systems, data, or content.

4. Compliance Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to email marketing laws, privacy laws, telemarketing rules, and anti-spam requirements. This responsibility applies regardless of whether you use your own systems or third-party tools to contact individuals from a Prazzmë database.

5. Enforcement Actions

Prazzmë reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of the Services. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that this Policy has been violated, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:

  • Issuing a warning or requesting that you stop the prohibited activity.
  • Suspending or terminating your access to the Services and any account.
  • Revoking licenses to purchased data and requiring deletion of our databases.

Our decision to take enforcement action does not limit other remedies available to us under law or our Terms of Service.
